Mandelic acid - belongs to the group of fruit (AHA) acids. Works softly and delicately. Does not cause irritation. It has antiseptic properties, dissolves comedones and the keratin layer on the surface of the epidermis, eliminates and prevents pigmentation, evens out tone and improves complexion. In terms of effectiveness, mandelic acid is not inferior to the more well-known glycolic and lactic acids in the fight against mimic wrinkles and pigmentation, but it acts much softer. After using a toner with mandelic acid, you will not feel tingling or burning, as is often the case after applying more active fruit acids (for example, glycolic acid).
